The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Baazigar Khela platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Abusing bonus benefits or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Harassing or defrauding other members of the platform.
• Attempting to complete KYC using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

Baazigar Khela reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In case of a breach of terms and conditions.
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• In the event of KYC verification failure.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.
